All information for the 2009 Compulsory Championship is available for viewing and downloading. INFORMATION. Please note, Level 4 and Level 5 attendees must check with their club to determine their session time.

State Meet Entry    full article

This year we will be doing the entry form for Compulsory state meet a little differently. Please go to the TN USAG Website http://tnusag.org/pages/MeetInfoForm.html and enter your USAG Club Number in the form provided. This will allow you to download the Entry form.

This form is an excel workbook with two work sheets at the bottom. The first sheet is the entry form and the second sheet is the auto-generated invoice.

At the top of the "Entry Form" it should show your clubs information, PLEASE check this thoroughly and make sure all is correct. If any information is incorrect, please correct and place an X in the cell below marked to signify there has a been a change.

The Entry Form is pre-populated with the Athletes' scores from Diamond Classic, You're the One, Foothills Fall Classic, and Intrigue Invitational AA Scores. It also has a Field for the Highest AA score from these meets and empty cells for the meets after Intrigue in TN. If you have scores from the later meets please enter them in the appropriate cells. If you have a gymnast that is not attending that appears in the list, simply delete her from the list. If you have a gymnast that does not appear in the list but obtained scores from a later meet please enter her information and score(s).

Double check the all gymnasts' name spellings and birthdays!!!

After you have completed the form go to the invoice page. The only thing that is changeable on the invoice page is the indicator for team entry. The team entry fee is $50 and eligibility is as follows:

    Level 3's: Minimum 3 Athletes
    Level 4's: Minimum 4 Athletes
    Level 5's: Minimum 4 Athletes
    Level 6's: Minimum 3 Athletes

If you want to enter team type yes in the team entry column in the row for the appropriate levels.

After you have completed the entry form please email it to thomas@meetcontrol.biz and cegccoach1@cs.com and submit payment to:
